Professional Training
Our training packages are tailored to meet the specific needs of your service, recognising that no two teams or contexts are the same. We offer a range of flexible options, including full-day sessions, half-day training, or focused two-hour workshops centred on specific subjects.
Training can be delivered either in person or virtually, allowing us to work in a way that best suits your team and resources.

Introductory Training
Our full-day introductory training sessions on domestic abuse or child exploitation provide a clear foundation in recognising key signs, risk factors, and complex dynamics of these hidden harms.

Contextual Safeguarding
This full-day training introduces the principles of contextual safeguarding, focusing on how harm to children and young people can occur beyond the family home in peer groups, schools, neighbourhoods, and online spaces. We will explore how to identify contextual risks, work in partnership with other agencies, and develop effective responses that address the wider environments influencing young people’s safety.

Safety Planning
This half-day training focuses on practical safety planning for hidden harms such as domestic abuse and child exploitation. Participants will build confidence in identifying risk, engaging sensitively with children, young people, and families, and developing proportionate, trauma-informed safety plans that prioritise protection, empowerment, and multi-agency working.

Complex Engagement & Risk Assessment: Tools for Effective Practice
This half-day training supports professionals to confidently engage with complexity when assessing risk linked to hidden harms such as domestic abuse and child exploitation. We will explore practical tools for effective engagement, strengthen risk assessment skills, and develop informed, defensible decision-making. The session emphasises trauma-informed practice, professional curiosity, and responses that enhance safety for children, young people, and families.
